Thursday, January 26, 2012 -10:00 a.m.

OPERA Club Room (118), Confederation Education Centre, 1645 Woodroffe Avenue, Nepean.

It takes 60 Seconds to make a first impression.
Buyers know if they are going to purchase your home within the first 60 seconds. This is their first impression! If you can get the buyers to invest their emotions into the home, you are more likely to have it sold faster. Buying a house is an emotional decision for them.

Alanna Tozer will talk about Staging and Decorating with a focus towards Staging. Staging is a growing industry, but how is it different from decorating? She will also cover: who to hire, what to expect, the process, determining your needs and budget (whether you're staging or decorating), why is it important to stage, giving statistics. She will show before and after pictures and share some client testimonials. She will also make sure there's lots of time for a question and answer period.

For further information please e-mail: Activities and use the name of the activity in the Subject line of your e-mail before Thursday, January 19.

This session may be cancelled due to inclement weather, so please check your email before you come. If you are not online please provide a phone number when you book.
